Definitions

The Publisher: The individual, legal entity, or organization that publishes online public communication services.

The Site: The collection of websites, web pages, and online services offered by the Publisher.

The User: The person using the Site and its services.

1- Nature of Collected Data

In the context of using the Sites, the Publisher may collect the following categories of data regarding its Users:

  • Personal information such as civil status, identity, and identification.
  • Data related to personal life (lifestyle, family situation, excluding sensitive or dangerous data).
  • Data related to professional life (CV, education, professional training, distinctions).
  • Economic and financial information (income, financial situation, tax status).
  • Connection data (IP addresses, event logs).
  • Location data (movements, GPS data, GSM data).

2- Communication of Personal Data to Third Parties

No communication to third parties: Your data will not be shared with any third parties. However, please be informed that they may be disclosed in compliance with a law, regulation, or pursuant to a decision by a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

3- Prior Information for the Communication of Personal Data to Third Parties in the Event of a Merger/Acquisition

Prior information and opt-out before and after merger/acquisition: In the event that we participate in a merger, acquisition, or any other form of asset transfer, we commit to ensuring the confidentiality of your personal data and informing you before such data is transferred or subjected to new privacy rules.

4- Data Aggregation

Aggregation with non-personal data: We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (information related to all our Users or specific groups or categories of Users combined in such a way that an individual User cannot be identified or mentioned) and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes, and other commercial purposes.

Aggregation with personal data available on the User’s social accounts: If you connect your account to an account from another service to enable cross-posting, that service may provide us with your profile and login information, as well as any other information you have authorized for disclosure. We may aggregate information related to all our other Users, groups, accounts, and personal data available on the User.

5- Collection of Identity Data

Free consultation: Browsing the Site does not require registration or prior identification. It can be done without providing any personal data (name, first name, address, etc.). We do not record any personal data for simply browsing the Site.

6- Collection of Identification Data

Use of the user’s identifier solely for accessing services: We use your electronic identifiers only for the duration of contract execution.

7- Collection of Terminal Data

No collection of technical data: We do not collect or retain any technical data from your device (IP address, internet service provider).

8- Cookies

Cookie storage duration: In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the maximum duration for storing cookies is up to 13 months after their initial deposit on the User’s terminal, as is the validity period of the User’s consent to the use of these cookies. The lifespan of cookies is not extended with each visit. Therefore, the User’s consent must be renewed after this period.

Cookies’ purpose: Cookies may be used for statistical purposes, including optimizing services provided to the User, based on information about frequency of access, page customization, operations performed, and information viewed. You are informed that the Publisher may place cookies on your terminal. The cookie records information about the navigation on the service (pages viewed, date and time of consultation) that we can read during your subsequent visits.

User’s right to refuse cookies: You acknowledge having been informed that the Publisher may use cookies. If you do not want cookies to be used on your terminal, most browsers allow you to disable them through the settings options.

9- Storage of Technical Data

Duration of technical data storage: Technical data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

10- Retention Period of Personal Data and Anonymization

No data retention: We do not retain any personal data beyond your connection duration to the service for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Deletion of data after account deletion: Data purging methods are implemented to ensure effective deletion as soon as the storage or archiving period necessary for the determined or mandated purposes is reached. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, you also have the right to delete your data, which you can exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.

Deletion of data after 3 years of inactivity: For security reasons, if you have not authenticated yourself on the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible; otherwise, your data will be deleted from our databases.

11- Account Deletion

Account deletion upon request: The User has the option to delete their account at any time by simply requesting it from the Publisher or through the account deletion menu in the account settings, if applicable.

Account deletion in case of Privacy Policy violation: In the event of a violation of one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, your use and access to services, your account, and all Sites.

12- Notification in Case of Security Breach Detected by the Publisher

User notification in the event of a security breach: We commit to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of your personal data. In the event we become aware of illegal access to your personal data stored on our servers or those of our providers, or of unauthorized access resulting in the realization of the identified risks mentioned above, we commit to:

  • Notify you of the incident as soon as possible.
  • Investigate the causes of the incident and inform you.
  • Take necessary measures, within reasonable limits, to mitigate the negative effects and harms that may result from the incident.

Limitation of liability: In no event can the commitments defined above regarding notification in the event of a security breach be construed as an acknowledgment of fault or liability concerning the occurrence of the incident in question.

13- Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

No transfer outside of the European Union: The Publisher undertakes not to transfer the personal data of its Users outside of the European Union.

14- Modification of the Privacy Policy

In the event of a modification of this Privacy Policy, commitment not to substantially lower the confidentiality level without prior information to concerned individuals: We commit to informing you in case of a substantial modification of this Privacy Policy and not to significantly lower the confidentiality level of your data without informing you and obtaining your consent.

15- Applicable Law and Recourse Modalities

Arbitration clause: You expressly agree that any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy, including its interpretation or execution, shall be subject to an arbitration procedure submitted to the regulations of the arbitration platform chosen by mutual agreement, to which you will adhere without reservation.

16- Data Portability

Data portability: The Publisher commits to offering you the opportunity to have all your data returned to you upon request. This ensures that the User has better control over their data and the option to reuse it. These data will be provided in an open and easily.
